Adlay is a gluten-free Supergrain with a nutritious profile and slightly nutty, slightly sweet, creamy flavor. This kitchen staple is greater in protein and good fat than rice, making Adlay a popular alternative. Adlay is the perfect companion for savory veggie bowls such as a Quinoa mushroom tofu salad bowl.
